Our People

Michelle's current practice areas are predominantly commercial, business and property. Michelle is also passionate about sports and is developing a sports law practice with a focus on providing advice around governance, management, administration for sporting organisations, athletes, participants, volunteers and organisers.

Michelle is a previous member of the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Reform Panel and Property Law Section and has also held various board positions within the community. She is admitted in New Zealand, Western Australia and Queensland and currently holds practising certificate's in both the New Zealand and Queensland jurisdictions which enable her to provide legal advice and assistance on cross-border property and commercial matters. In particular her knowledge of Queensland property and conveyancing has positioned her as the “go to” person for many expats either migrating to Queensland, or making the return back to Aotearoa, New Zealand.
