Meet Aroha, our Practice Manager extraordinaire.

Aroha has been involved in the legal sector for over 16 years and is the operational backbone of Harris Tate, providing a demandingly diverse skills mix ranging from people management and marketing to finance, facilities and administration. Aroha spent 10 years in Wellington during which she worked in New Zealand’s oldest law firm. Aroha has a role-up-your-sleeves attitude and works very closely with our four Directors with one focus in mind – continuing to grow a very successful law firm with a culture that thrives!

Aroha lives on a beautiful lifestyle farm and is māmā to three active, inquisitive children. In her ‘spare’ time, Aroha relishes in traveling around the North Island between motocross tracks watching her children rip up the dirt. As a result, Aroha is an active committee member of the Tauranga Motorcycle Club, a volunteer role she very much enjoys.
