The new Harris Tate building which was completed in November 2007 is seen as representing a significant investment in supporting business development in the Tauranga region as well as other catchment areas.

In architectural and building terms the new office complex is a "green" building with a complete range of innovative high-tech facilities and staff comforts.  This is the first privately owned building of its type in Tauranga.

The additional floor area that has resulted from the undertaking has been merged with our original premises providing an expansive client reception lounge, with interview rooms, two boardrooms and an additional kitchen.

While expansion has provided more space and high-tech support for our existing operations it has also been designed to accommodate future expansion of our practice.
