Stephan Bosman

Born in Pretoria, South Africa, Stephan is married to Petra.  They have two daughters.  Stephan joined Harris Tate in 2004 and became a partner in 2007.  He was a partner in a leading provincial law firm in George, South Africa prior to his relocation with his family to New Zealand.

Stephan holds B Com and LLB degrees and a postgraduate Diploma in Tax Practice from the University of Johannesburg.  He obtained his LLB degree in 1994. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Taxation Studies (MTaxS) from the University of Auckland in 2008.

Stephan has a very busy commercial and immigration law practice. His expertise in business migration matters and the structure of commercial arrangements is widely acknowledged. He also practices in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
